Corn on the cob

We all had dinner outside on the deck last night, Nernbergers and corn on the cob and a romaine and cucumber salad. At the beginning of the meal, we heard this wooshing sound like somebody had some industrial gas-powered grill or maybe i heard the sound of a butane crawfish boil burner. It was overhead, though. We looked up from the umbrella over the table and 30 feet above the house was a hotair balloon. I wish I had had the camera at that point. Annabel looked up and started shouting out all the colors she saw on the balloon.

Near the end of dinner last night, she just picked up a remaining ear and went to town.
